We provide care services for people who are mentally and physically disabled. We serve Broward, Indian River, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Sebastian, Sun Coast, and the Central Regions.
Trinity Omniscient Care, Inc. supports persons with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their communities. Trinity Omniscient Care has maintained a 95% score for every Qlarant review since opening in 2010. This is done through quality assurance. Trinity Omniscient Care is committed to the utmost care for each consumer we serve. We use tools like the person center policy, allowing clients to decide on every facet of their lives. We listen and assist them in obtaining their goals effectively.
Trinity Omniscient Care makes sure that all consumers are aware of their rights and choices and that they understand what sexual abuse is, and physical abuse is and how to report it, and this is done through Zero Tolerance Training. We teach them stranger danger and how to be safe in the community.

Our agency is dedicated to helping individuals with their physical, and mental disabilities. We assist individuals with physical and mental disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, and Phelan-McDermid syndrome.

To obtain assistance from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (“APD”), an individual must possess a developmental disability that is defined under section 393.063(12) of the Florida Statutes. This disability must have been acquired before age 18 and must be considered a significant obstacle with a likelihood of permanent persistence.

A calendar has been set up for all agency staff to have a clear overview of monthly events including federal holidays, bank holidays, and the annual Christmas party.
All Providers must fulfill the training requirements of the APD Basic Required Trainings.
