Consumer: Abuse and Neglect

I have been educated on Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation by Trinity Omniscient Care, Inc. I understand that I have the right to report any signs of:

• Abuse- physical abuse is deliberate intention to inflict pain
• Emotional abuse is mental anguish
• Sexual abuse Touching a person inappropriately in Private parts of their body

Neglect- Parents or caregivers who are continually unavailable for the consumer, leaving them alone for long periods of time without food, water or proper care.
Exploitation-using a consumer for profit, labor, sexual gratification, or some other financial or personal advantage. abuse hotline 800-962-2873, 24 hours a day.
