Staff is prohibited from sending/posting client info onto any social media site.
This is a violation of company policy and will result in immediate termination.
All client documents/information are to remain confidential and must be sent encrypted through media such as Sending due to HIPAA. Any violation of this policy will also be reported to the necessary authority. If the client info is emailed, once verified received by office, staff is to shred client info for privacy or turn in to the office for shredding no later than 7 days of sending.
